Suppress Notification for an Individual Action

A use case is when you need to change a submittal that is in a locked state. You need to unlock it, make the change and then relock it. Everyone attached to the submittal is going to get 2 notifications that they don't care about. Viewpoint Team introduced this when you needed the change the state you could checkbox 'Do Not Notify' or something like that. Team is Trimble IP now. You can copy it. Thanks!

    HOLY CRAP. YES! Please update this ASAP. Do you know how many times folks need to open a submittal after it's been locked to simply make some minor edits? The whole record assignments and cc:'s do NOT need another email if it's totally not necessary. COPY that from Viewpoint Team pronto.
