Portfolio level notification settings

It would be helpful to be able to set notification settings on the portfolio level. For example, being able to set a particular security group to not receive "drawings published" notifications without them having to log in and remove the notification themselves.


A lot of vendors/customers/engineers have company policies that do not allow them to log in to third party programs so there's no way for them to turn off notifications themselves.
