Some UI windows do not resize or fit smaller window size
Enhancement description: Some menus in Projectsight do not resize to fit the browser window when it is small, the UI is just cut off and no scroll bar is present. An example is when you open a meeting item in Meeting Minutes, then resize the browser window to be narrower than the meeting item pop-up.

What are we trying to accomplish? Improve UI compatibility with smaller monitors and window sizes.
How is the lack of functionality affecting us? Unable to see and access parts of the UI if the window is too small.
Suggested implementation: Resize the UI dynamically.
Describe any workarounds? If the screen is large enough the browser window can be expanded to fit the static UI size. alternatively zooming out in the browser can work but it shrinks the UI too much.
Could you add portfolio settings to the ER for the window resizing; It would be useful to be able to shrink the left side, light gray bar, so that data will actually populate.
