Add ProjectSight Requirements to the Drop down when the Question mark menu is clicked

The requirements are buried in our documentation. When you click our Help section (question mark in the ProjectSight menu top right) you need to click What's New>Release Notes> Another Menu in the top left> Scroll to the bottom of the list to find requirements> Click Requirements. This is effectively hiding the requirements from our users. Recommend to just add a requirments item in the list pull down when the Question mark is clicked in ProjectSight.
