Your feedback is an essential part of how we continually improve ProjectSight. You can use this page to submit new ideas, or vote on ideas from other users.
This portal is for suggesting enhancements only. If you are experiencing a product defect, please contact support.
One of the most common questions we receive from newly invited external users is that ProjectSight is giving them the error message “Cannot read properties of null (reading 'Window')”. An error that is fixed by simply changing the browser settings to always allow pop-ups for ProjectSight. The problem is, no new user is going to understand that, and they think that ProjectSight is broken. It creates a bad first impression when new users join the system.
I am proposing that Trimble find some way to improve this messaging to the end-user, so that it is clear that all they need to do is allow pop-ups for ProjectSight. If possible, it would be great if the error could somehow link to instructions for allowing pop-ups on popular/supported browsers.
