Adjust Column Sizing on Ad-Hoc Reports

PSW-I-983 Ad Hoc Reporting Size (https://projectsight.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PSW-I-983) Talks about ability to change from Portrait to Landscape to fit more on the page. It would also be great to have control over the column sizes and margins. For example, client is requesting a larger/wider Description field in the Daily Report reports, this would cut down on the number of pages created due to having that field condensed in a narrow column
