Drawings Should Fit To Page Instead of Just Page Width Within Browser Upon Initial Loading

When opening a drawing. The default is to fit to the page width. Due to the aspect ratio of a normal monitor (16:9) and viewing the drawing in full screen, the bottom of the drawing gets cut off. This is inconvenient because I can't see the whole page with markups if there are important things near the bottom. See attached images.
