Improved File Library UX

The File Library UX is clunky.

Specifically, the columns in list view are annoying to increase their width. I cannot directly increase the width of the file name column to view the full file name. The column edge when dragging gets stopped at the next column. I have to drag all columns from the right to make the left most Name column wide enough. Even then, there is a limit to how wide the column can be.
