New Menu Setup

The location of the project menu is fine. Since it still has dropdowns, it would be helpful if the dropdowns were grouped like they were before this update. The drawings & specs, document control, budget.... It's all jumbled up now.

    It would be also helpful to allow the user to set a custom order of the menu items with or without the ability to collapse sub menus. The dynamic listing is very confusing as modules move around constantly.
