Since the actuals in this screen (This Period, To This Period) are dependent on the period you have chosen as Current, and may not be the current month, we need to this this field at the top so we're not looking at old data.


This is imperative for cost forecasting when looking at Actuals.

    Without having this appear in the Budget screens, our users will not know what period has been set for those that do not have access to the Project Settings or Portfolio settings (if locked). If they start forecasting looking at the wrong data, that is a lot of wasted time.
