Need ability to add custom fields to CashFlow Forecasts Line Items

Currently it is only possible to add custom fields to the header or overall CashFlow Forecast, but not to the line items where the budget codes and amount are listed. Most of the other forms have the line item detail. This could allow us to enter a budget line note or say a budget line amount we need to track (like budget revenue).
