Send files via Transmittals

We would like the ability to easily upload files to send via the Transmittals & Correspondence module. The main goal is to have a simple way to send files to recipients without requiring them to log into a web site such as Connect to download the files being sent.

    Also to be able to select multiple contacts on one correspondence. This would be useful for sending something like an addendum narrative to all project participants.
