Transmittal Acknowledgement
When I send a transmittal, the recipient(s) should be able to easily mark that they have received it. Now, if I send a transmittal, there is nothing on the email that would allow them to acknowledge that they have received the transmittal. There should be a button on the email that they could click to easily acknowledge their receipt of the transmittal.
On another post, someone suggested there be added a dated signature feature to Project Sight. This would greatly facilitate RFIs, submittals, etc. and allow people to sign off that they have either seen something or done something. This feature could be incorporated into the transmittal process in order to facilitate the acknowledgement of transmittals.
