Able to Track Correspondences by Conversations

Instead of having to make a post for each correspondence and having to swim in the pile of 100000 letters, allow to attach files to items under the transmittals page as it is in "Meeting Minutes" pages. That way, we would only have to log the first letter that initiated the conversation and collect all the response letters under one page.
