Option to share draft with My Company

Currently records with Draft workflow status are only visible to author. Please add an option to allow visibility to all project members with My Company. Otherwise users may not be aware that a record was already drafted and potentially duplicate the effort.

    We would use this so that a Superintendent could start an RFI and then turn it over to the APM to complete and then submit. The Superintendent would then know the RFI was submitted when it no longer appears in Draft status and a number is assigned.

    Hiding DRAFT Submittals and other records from everyone but the author is very risky. It allows you to create duplicate records (number & revision) and users could think they've documented a submittal for the team when really it's only available to them. Please create a switch so everyone at our company can see the Draft versions. I'm not sure why anyone would not click that switch, but you can give them the option.
