Client wants the ability to set a Securty permission that would enable a Security Role to view Draft records.

    This has become a pain point between our portfolio admins and the business users as there is no simple way to "Move" these drafts from one user to another without a lot of back-and-forth exports and imports.

    Agreed with Eric here. We should at minimum be able to see drafts internally, and potentially allow the ability for architects/owners the ability to view these as well. Would love to see an option for this.

    Hiding DRAFT Submittals and other records from everyone but the author is very risky. It allows you to create duplicate records (number & revision) and users could think they've documented a submittal for the team when really it's only available to them. Please create a switch so everyone at our company can see the Draft versions. I'm not sure why anyone would not click that switch, but you can give them the option.
