We receive multiple requests from users requesting that they are added to all projects within a portfolio. These users are not admins, so the Portfolio Admin role will not suffice to fulfill this request. This requires us to manually add several users to a project when it's created and we'd like to streamline this. If a role can be created to grant access similar to a portfolio admin without the admin permissions to modify portfolio settings then we can streamline using the role.
The current workaround is to add the users to template projects within a portfolio and use the Team Members toggle on project creation. This grants the users access to template projects and we can't risk them making changes to template projects which would inadvertently affect future projects created with those templates. Therefore this option is not utilized.
