Ability to create distribution lists based on project role.
What is the customer trying to accomplish?
I want to have a project template with distribution lists in it. The distribution lists members would be based on role. For example, I could have a distribution list for internal SCO routing that included Project Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent & Project Accountant. Changing the users with those roles would automatically update my distribution list. If distribution lists could be part of a project template, then we wouldn't have to create these each time we set up a new project.
How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?
It would save a lot of time since we would only need to create the lists one time, in our template, and then the list would be updated automatically as we change a users role on each project.
Workaround:
Manually create the lists for each project by adding specific people.
