Record visibility by company

Need the ability to set record access by company. There is an option within the record settings to allow the ProjectSight project owner to access all records, but that's it. It would be nice to be able to say that the Owner, or Architect, or some other party be able to see (for instance) all submittals, without having to copy them on each one.
