Improve Drawing Set review process for Preconstruction/IPD workflows

Design documents used in an IPD workflow need to be reviewed by the Project Manager for approval to proceed, but are also necessary to view as early as possible during the BIM process. Drawing statuses assigned in the Drawing Set are not visible in the Drawing module. The Drawing module refers to Status as an option in the headers, but only shows if the drawing is current, not Pending Approval, etc.

The only way to publish a drawing from a Set to the Drawings module is to "Approve" it, which can be misleading in IPD. Here are a couple of suggestions to handle this situation...

1. Allow publishing of drawings with other statuses than Approved. For example, "For Review," or "Preliminary."
2. Allow the statuses to be changed in the Sets after publishing drawings.
3. Create a column that reflects the status of the Drawing Set in the drawing viewer.
4. Currently, once a Drawing Set is published, there is no way to unlock it. When selecting the Lock button, as in other parts of the app, a message pops up that says "The record is locked and cannot be updated."
5. As a side note, with the lock button not functioning after the status is set to closed, I accidentally had the drawings in the Set on the Pending status and published it. There is no way to change the status now, so the drawing can never be published.
