Drawings to Automatically Show Current Set

Before the last two updates the drawings module automatically only showed the 'Current Set' for drawings. With the new updates this reverts to All Drawings with no filters to some users. This causes for persons to no longer be immediately seeing the most accurate and current information which was one of the benefits of using this module. The advice from help was to set the filters and save the view but not all persons involved with construction are tech savvy so trying to get that to take place for all parties of a project will simply not happen which leaves a lot of risk for inaccurate work to take place. With this it should remain that the most current drawings are what is shown immediately upon opening the drawings module and allow the parties to then toggle the old drawings in IF needed and able.

This is one of the most disastrous aspects of Project Sight. Whenever I upload new revised individual sheets as a new drawing set, Project Sight jumbles it out of order. The sheet number never changes, it's solely the revision number that I need my team to see. It'll appear as "New Current Version," but the number sequence is out of order and placed at the bottom of the original set. This needs to be fixed, very simple change. Project Sight members should be able to see revisions IN ORDER.

This is a critical thing and defaulting to showing all drawings instead of non-current is a risk. Users should see Only Current in the list by Default and have to make an effort to see older ones. It is also harder to tell that you are looking at an outdated drawing. I submitted idea PSW-I-3757 idea asking that you highlight when a user is looking at an old drawing.
