If somebody doesn't upload or create a Drawing Set in the correct order, I.E. They skipped or missed an issued package and have gone in and updated 5 subsequent packages that include a sheet that has been issued each time, when they realize that they missed an issued set, that "Old" or "Skipped" set will now supersede the 5 other packages that really should fall after. The only way to fix it would be to go redo any Drawing Sets that have occurred after and it would throw off the "How many times has sheet X been issued".
It would be beneficial if the order of Drawing Sets and drawings being superseded would follow the "Revision Date" of the sheet itself instead of just doing the subsequent Drawing Set Number.
The Drawing Sets dropdown list in the Drawings module should match the list shown in Drawing Sets module. Right now it just puts them in alphanumeric order.
