Limit the Add/Remove/Modify function of the Insurance Tab under Companies > Contacts

Users need the ability to add and modify a contact's insurance information without the ability to remove the insurance information. This would work the same as limiting the ability to remove a Contact under the records tab of the Security role, as seen in the attachment.
