Add Submittal Package, RFI, and PCO Description To Auto-Generated Folder in the File Library

Project Sight auto-generates a folder for the submittal packages, RFIs and potential change orders in the file library but it names the auto-generated folder the number with no description. It is then difficult to look up the documents in the field or online when the description for the submittal packages (or RFI, PCO, etc) is the number without any description of what that submittal package (etc.) is. Please include the description or title of the submittal package, RFI, and PCO in the title of the auto-generated file.
