Copies of submittals and RFIs to have rev numbers instead of all new record numbers

Enhancement description:

Allow copies of Submittals and RFI's to create a new revision number

1. open a Project and navigate to Document Control-Submittals (or RFI)

2. Copy a submittal and save

3. Notice that saving a copy of an existing submittal creates a copy and assigns the next record number User would like the copy feature to allow using the same record number and saving as the next revision number for that record number. ie: a copy of Submittal 002 revision 1 would create 002 revision 2.

What is the customer trying to accomplish?

Copy on a submittal (or RFI) and then the submittal becomes a revision 1, 2, 3...with the same submittal number.

How is the lack of functionality affecting their business?

Causing confusion for the users.

Suggested implementation:

Allow copies of Submittals and RFI's to create a new revision number
