Custom Populate Submittal #

Need to be able to set a custom submittal # because there are projects with multiple Project Engineers working on Submittals and a PE may have already started a submittal on an internal format before uploading to ProjectSight while another is ready to upload and send out.

    Submittals need the option to be numbered sequentially as the are now or by spec section as they should be for most large projects. Sample number for concrete 033000-01-00 where the 01 is the first number submitted from that section and 00 is the revision number. The system already links to the spec section so that should be easy and it already has functionality to create revision so that should be easy too. Just need to number by item in the spec section. IE mix designs 033000-01-00, rebar shops 033000-02-01 and so on.
