Additional Contract Clarification Types

Having the ability to add additional Clarification Types to the list options would greatly reduce the number of custom fields needed on a contract. Example: Special Conditions and Unit Prices are two lists that are commonly added to contracts but there is currently no place to caputure them and they are uniquely different from Inclusions and Exclusions.
