Allow itemized costs (like an SOV) for Subcontract Change Orders when creating Subcontract Invoices

The idea would be that subcontractors could itemize costs within their COs that allow them to display these items as parts of the COs for their billing. For jobs with incremental funding, COs can encompass hundereds of items, but display on sub contract invoices as a single line. This does not allow for the specificity required when reviewing construction progress and billing.
