Expand the Character Limit on Exclusion / Inclusion Items in the Contract

Expanding the limits on the Exclusion / Inclusion Items in the Contract tab will allow for a cleaner look when running reports. As it is now, you type as much as you can, and then have to move over to a different field to continue the Inclusion/Exclusion.
