Specify To and CC contacts in one Distribution List
Enhancement description: The ability to have specified To and CC contacts within the same distribution list would be very helpful. This would save a lot of time, streamline the process, and simplify training.
What are we trying to accomplish? Make it easier to assign a list of contacts in a record and have the placement of each contact be predetermined in the distribution list.
How is the lack of functionality affecting us? Assigning contacts based on an existing work process is more complicated if more than one distribution list is needed due to the current way that all contacts are added to only the To or CC list. Having to train users on which contacts are required in each field can be difficult.
Suggested implementation: Have an option in Distribution Lists settings to specify which contacts will go to the To and CC sections respectively.
Describe any workarounds? Create two distribution lists for each work process that clearly define the use in the title e.g. 'RFI List (To only)' and 'RFI List (CC only)'
