    Add version Control for uploaded files linked to records other than drawings.

    Currently a one would have to keep uploading updated files to thier record and rename them (1), (2)... Versioning is needed to efficiently keep track up changes to uploades without storing multiple copies of a file.

    Allow MP4's or MOV's to be uploaded in the photos Module

    Being able to house/save drone footage and other video formats to the photos module makes ideal sense. It will help all users of the photos module. It will work well for documenting training, existing conditions, etc.

    We have a fairly standard/repeatable budget structure that we'd like initialized whenever creating a project from template. Currently the budget has to be manually entered or imported/exported through excel.
