Add a Safety Module

We really need a comprehensive portfolio wide safety module where tool box talks, safety inspections, licenses, trainings, injury reporting, etc. can be documented and tracked. It is not enough to be told to reuse, repurpose, reprocess, reclaim or whatever word you want to use to change an existing module to turn it into a safety module and then lose the functionality of that module for a bad at best safety module.
