Add a "Recycle Bin" Feature

It would be great to have a sort of recycle bin that is available to specific security roles.

It would be great if this were available at the project/portfolio levels, and should give administrators the ability to restore recently deleted records/files, maybe a rolling 30 day period.

    This would be a lifesaver! An alternative would be the way Trimble Connect uses it's Activity log where admins can undo actions done.
