Last modified fields are no longer updated when comments or file uploads are added to a record.

The way the Modified fields work eliminates the client's method to quickly look at the record list view and determine if a record has been updated. These Last Modified and Last Modified by fields were added to record views by client request (https://projectsight.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PSW-I-763) in 2021 for this purpose. Clients look for changes made by subs to their submittals and RFIs which are typically comments, file uploads, or new assignees. Other wise the client must click each row to review the Information panel. This is critical for the client.

    Last Modified By and Last Modified Date should update accordingly with comments or uploads, otherwise this column is useless to the client. The RFI log is not accurate if the author name is listed on every RFI. This requires our project managers to click on each and RFI to see if a comment was made or not. The email notifications won't help see an overall update if we have over 100 RFIs created.
