Meeting Minutes - field for next meeting date

Client requesting a data field included in the grid for Next Meeting Date. (self-explanatory). This could be addressed with a custom field but would need the three "more" dots in this view to be able to change the included fields

Dedicated Question & Answer field for RFI

Currently the Question and Answer field are part of the RFI comments. To increase clarity when reviewing RFIs it would be beneficial to have a dedicated Question and Answer field on a dedicated tab.
