Allow Filtering of Submittal Log to Current Rev Only
When generating a report for our client to show them any open submittals that are either in a Revise and Resubmit status or Submitted status we can filter the list using the filters on the right hand side of the screen. The issue though is that the list shows all revisions of the Submittal. So if Rev 0 of a submittal is marked as Revise and Resubmit and then we make a new revision of that submittal, submit it, and then it is approved, when I filter my log I still see an old Revise and Resubmit that is no longer accurate. If we could also filter current revision or latest revision then the additional filters would work fine.
Are there any updates on this? The submittal revisions are related by number and should be grouped with the last response showing as current. When creating a log all versions show up, which doesn't help when trying to track the list of outstanding submittals. It would be helpful if the submittal revisions collapsed as one entry. Procore and Autodesk Build both group the submittals accordingly.
Definitely need this feature. When reviewing the Submittals, we want to see any records where the LATEST revision is still Rejected or Revise & Resubmit.
