Create Submittal Package from Submittal

It would be helpful to be able to create a new submittal package from the submittal record and auto-populate all pertinent information on the submittal package record (Author Company, Spec Section, Importance, Dates. etc)

Please also add the option to multi-select submittals and then create a package with the selected submittal in it.
