Direct Download of Uploaded Files

In order to download an uploaded file from a comment, you can't just download it from the thumbnail. You have to click on it, wait for the viewer to load, and then you can download it from there. Comment thumbnails should have a direct download option. Similar to how you can directly download a drawing by clicking on the 3 dots. Thanks!
