Enable Sorting of Contract Clarifications including disabling grouping.

Currently Contract Clarifications tab can is displaying as Grouped by type. This only allows for sorting within the grouping. Client would like the option to sort as needed and remove the grouping as an option.

Summary Logs for Contract Invoices & General Invoices have totals amounts to pay due

Helpful to pull a quick pdf report for total amounts due especially when filtering items from multiple categories, ie: pending, approved for accounting, process by accounting, etc.
