Add search option for Budget Sections within ProjectSight's Budget Module and Import Template

Currently you have to manually scroll through all of the cost codes to add a budget item. This is also true within the Budget import template. It would be great if you could start typing the first few letters of the code number or description and have only those codes appear to choose from.
