Adding a UDF field to add Policy Numbers, and Effective Dates for insurance is beneficial for recordkeeping, and running reports on which contractor has insurance. Knowing when the insurance goes into effect will help mitigate risk so that no contractor comes onsite or has a lapse of insurance while onsite.
