Contract Clarifications Add Excel Import Capability

Customer using Prolog currently has the ability to 'paste' from Excel many lines of Clarifications. Currently in ProjectSight you cannot import nor can you paste multiple lines at one time.

Exported General Invoices sheet > Items sheet move the Subtotal line to the right along with the other blue columns
