Make Additional Items Text Fields Bigger

Our team utilizes the addition field's job site requirements as the source for our scope on crystal reports. Currently, that box is no bigger than 1.5" x 2.5", and it is nearly impossible to read the scope in the box. It makes it very difficult to work in. While we could write the scope in another application, if I wanted to do that, I would write the scope in Viewpoint Vista (where it syncs to anyway). Having the options as a super-user to adjust text boxes and set up of tabs in contracts would be helpful.
