Module Security Should Flow To Widgets - If amount fields are hidden they should not show on widget to user

We hide financial data on PCOs to our trades as we use the PCOs for sending RFQs. We hide the Estimated, Proposed, Approved amounts so that they are sending quotes without seeing our estimates. If that Trade adds the widget for PCOs, they see the amounts so even though those fields are hidden from the user, they are shown it in the widgets.
