Add Ability to Duplicate Purchase Order Line Item or Bulk Edit PO Line Items

For efficiency when creating purchase orders, please add a feature to duplicate a line item. Seeing as some purchase orders could have multiple items with the same UOM & Budget Code.

Additionally a bulk edit feature for fields like UOM and Phase/Budget Code could help when you assign a wrong budget code for 50+ items and have to redo all of them.

The duplicate feature was a nice-to-have in Viewpoint Team PO Dashboard.
