Required Fields for Purchase Orders

The PO creator should be required to create a line item within the PO when they open it. Right now, this is not a capability, only making fields required within the PO module and within an line item once it’s created.

The pitfall is when an FE creates a PO but doesn’t create a line item where the pertinent information about quantity and cost would be input. If they can’t open a PO without that information being filled out, it may be more effective.
