Notification Option on Drawing Upload

Can you add the ability to notify/cc people on drawings uploaded via the drawing module, similar to how it is in Drawing Sets?

    We did not realize that every upload using the new Upload was emailing every user on the project. We have to switch back to the old way as we never send emails to everyone each time we upload. The old way allowed us to choose each time we published to either just the participants (most times we leave them unassigned) or all if there is a major revision.
