Build in ability to upload and sync drawings on ProjectSight with Trimble Connect.

This would increase efficiency of getting drawings into LiveCount for Accubid Anywhere users (and possibly other users?). By uploading the drawings into Projectsight first with the drawings module and then exporting them directly into Trimble Connect, it could eliminate the process of manually separating and naming the files.
