Have the ability to copy a drawing file link and send to potential bidders via email so bidders do not have be entered as a contact and do not have to sign into Project Sight.

I believe this option is available in Procore and it is very useful when sending out drawings for bidding purposes. It will save a lot of time in having to enter in multiple contacts within Project Sight who may not be working on a project with your firm and will not confuse some bidders who may not want to create a sign-in to view drawings for a potential project.
