Allow for the editing of page ranges for pre-existing bookmarks.

This item was originally submitted in PS-46821 as a defect. It is mainly about the imported text or imported bookmarks are leading to editing that requires the user to delete so many sections that the client is reproducing nearly the entire document to correct issues. The issues mainly are page numbers showing beyond the section or even to the end of the document. There is no option to edit the page numbers for section. Support is recommending to clients to not use our application to fix sections but to recommend correcting in Adobe or a PDF editor to more easily resolve extra bookmarks or bad text.

Currently, in the specifications module, there is no way to edit the page range other than adding a page break. But what if you'd like the page number range to be different? Please allow for the ability to edit the Specification section page range...
